Black, Hispanic, Asian and minority people, what do you think of this?

I’m black and i have a Hispanic friend who is starting a organization called the “Ethnic Leadership Conference”. It is a group comprised of black, Hispanic,asian and other minority men and women striving to promote unity between ethnic minorities. My friend says the group’s main goal is to help ethnic minorities in America get along. I think it’s pretty cool. What do you guys think?
